Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is an organization of college educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the Black community.
Eastern Panhandle Alumnae Chapter (EPAC) was chartered in April 2007. EPAC strives to advance the ideals and public service objectives of the Sorority, within its service area of Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. With the support of community partnering and donations, EPAC has been able to effect meaningful impact in its service area and throughout the state of West Virginia.
